Q: Are these gluten free?
A: Yes, they are all gluten-free.

Q: Do your products contain trans fat, saturated fats or cholesterol?
A: Nope!

Q: What are the health benefits to miso?
A: Not only is it flavorful, it also has high nutritional and medical value. Evidence in Japan points to health benefits such as fatigue relief, cholesterol reduction, healthy intestinal function, improved digestion, anti-aging, diminished signs of aging skin and cancer risk reduction. Q: Why is the salad dressing very thick at the top of the bottle when I first open it?
A: The ingredients naturally separate in the bottle. Make sure to shake the dressing well before opening.

Q: Is your dressing vegan?
A: Four of our flavors are vegan--Ginger Sesame, Garlic Onion, Japanese Plum, Wasabi Miso. The Classic Miso and Spicy Miso contain all-natural mayonnaise but are vegetarian friendly.

Q: What is the shelf life of your products?
A: The shelf life of our dressings is one year.  However, it is recommended that our customers refer to the best before date, which can be found on the back of the bottle. If you refrigerate our dressings, they will last longer than that date.

Q: Where do you get your ideas for new flavors?
A: Chef Sam is always experimenting with new and innovative flavors. Some of our customers recommend ideas for new products and Chef Sam always takes them into consideration. One of our best selling flavors, Ginger Sesame Miso, was originally a recommendation from one of our loyal customers.
