SHIPPING POLICY
We currently use USPS because they offer the lowest shipping prices. We take great care in perfecting our recipe and bottling our products so rest assured that we will do the same when we prepare your order for shipment. Please familiarize yourself with our shipping policies before you order.

When will my order arrive?
Delivery dates are calculated from the date of shipment.

Standard Delivery - Orders are processed by the next business day and leave our San Francisco facility within 48 hours of processing.  For orders shipping Standard Delivery, please refer to USPS for estimated transit time. Orders shipped via Standard Delivery may be delivered anywhere from 1 to 7 business days after you place your order, depending on delivery location. Our delivery service provider,USPS,  does not guarantee delivery dates for Standard Delivery/Ground service.  Please remember: USPS only delivers during business hours, Monday through Friday.

Do you ship or deliver on weekends and holidays?
We do not ship on weekends or holidays. We only ship during USPS business hours, Monday through Friday.

Where is my order?  How do I track my package?
When you place your order on our website or by phone, you will receive an order confirmation via email.  As soon as your package is shipped, USPS will send you an email with a tracking number, which you can then use to track your package via the USPS packaging tracking center. How can I find out the status of my order?

Can I change the delivery address after my order is placed?
Once your order is placed, the delivery address cannot be changed.

Do I need to sign for the package when it arrives?
We do not require signatures for delivery.  If no one is available to receive the package, it will be left at the door at the USPS courier's discretion.

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii can be arranged. Please email info@nagofoods.com


Do you ship to Canada or overseas?

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
