Q: Are these
all gluten free?
A: Yes, they are all gluten-free.

A: No, we focus on nutrition, taste, and
quality ingredients.
Q: What are the
health benefits to miso?
A: Not only is miso flavorful and described
as "umami", it also has high nutritional and
medical value. Evidence in Japan points to health
benefits such as fatigue relief, cholesterol
reduction, healthy intestinal function, improved

Q: Why is the salad
dressing very thick at the top of the bottle when
I first open it?
A: The ingredients naturally separate in the
bottle. The miso may get stuck at the neck of the
bottle, which is normal. Make sure to shake the
dressing well before opening.
Q: Are your dressings
vegan?
A: Five of our flavors are vegan--Ginger
Sesame, Garlic Onion, Japanese Plum, Wasabi Miso,
and Cracked Sesame Miso. The Classic Miso and
Spicy Miso contain all-natural mayonnaise (with
non-gmo canola oil) and are vegetarian friendly.
Q: What is the shelf
life of your products?
A: The shelf life of our dressings is one
year. However, it is recommended that our
customers refer to the best before date, which can
be found on the side or on the bottom of the
bottle. If you refrigerate our dressings, they
will last longer than that date. The dressings
also naturally turn darker over time because the
miso is continuing to ferment.

your ideas for new flavors?
A: Chef Sam is always experimenting with new
and innovative flavors. Some of our customers
recommend ideas for new products and Chef Sam
